As the use of MRI continues to grow across healthcare systems, radiology departments face increasing workloads and a growing need for efficient, trustworthy AI solutions. In this interview, Raquel Perez-Lopez (VHIO) and Oliver Lester Saldanha (TUD) from the ODELIA project explain how we are developing privacy-preserving AI models for medical imaging through a decentralised approach that allows hospitals to collaborate without sharing patient data.
